This fun cartilage earring / climber features your chosen birthstones in sterling silver. Choose up to 10 stones! The simulated stones are 3mm and have been mounted into snap mount settings. If you need more than four stones, there may be a second cuff added to help secure the earring. The earring post is sterling silver.
